LifeWorks is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator that will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.

We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly.

Core Responsibilities:
• User account creation and management
• Experience building new functionality in Salesforce based on business requirements is preferred, but an appetite to learn the follow would also be considered:
o Process Builder
o Visual Flows
o Auto launched flows
o Workflows/Time based Workflows
o Workflow actions
o Email Alerts
o Email Templates
o Custom and standard objects
o Custom and standard fields
o Validation rules
o Lookup filters
o Page layouts
o Lighting pages
o Lightning apps
o List Views
o Customer communities
Reporting and Dashboards
• Build and maintain custom reports with multiple objects and lookup fields
• Creating reports and dashboards on an ad-hoc basis and as part of planned projects
Data Management
• Maintain and manage data quality leveraging data quality score/dashboard
• Perform mass data updates using exports, transformations in Excel, and Data Loader
• Assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce
Change Management
• Communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change
• Review release documentation and identify wins and concerns each time Salesforce deploys a new release
• Leverage deployment best practices including QA, UAT, Staging, and Validation
Qualification & Characteristics
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• 1+ Years full-time Salesforce Administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified App Builder
• 3+ Years full-time Salesforce Administration experience
• Understanding of functionality and debugging of Apex and VisualForce
• Team Player, able to contribute individually and leverage strengths of others on team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and able to build rapport
