As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will support business growth through data analysis & digital expertise to identify opportunities for exponential growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing as well as experience and fluency in data analysis to be able to uncover and execute on growth opportunities.



  • Work with the Marketing Analytics Manager to maintain and enhance our marketing segmentation data & strategy, defining our target market to support LifeWorks go-to-market strategy
  • Supporting with the cleansing of data held in marketing automation & CRM Systems as well as the creation & maintenance of email nurture programs
  • Work with the sales teams and campaign managers to use marketing data & analytics to identify and support opportunities for growth
  • Analyze and report on marketing data sets including organic and paid sources (email, paid search, and CRM)
  • Build insightful dashboards that enable business owners to stay on top of KPIs and marketing initiatives.
  • Advise on interpretation of marketing data, including campaign and web analytics, and provide insight and recommendations
  • Help identify & track acquisition CPA and build predictive acquisition, churn models
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights that ensure cross-departmental marketing efforts are effectively driving conversion, growth & revenues.
  • Support marketing optimization by providing customer segmentation for targeting promotional activities and attribution modelling.
  • Support A/B and multivariate split tests to optimize customer acquisition & funnel conversion through measuring performance under each environment.

Succeeding as a Marketing Data Analyst will require the following core qualifications and skills:

  • 2-4 years marketing analyst experience
  • Previous B2B experience, agency experience preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently once clear on the task at hand
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and comfortable with change
  • Excellent attention to detail with a creative flair
  • A proven self-starter with good logical skills and ability to present concepts and ideas clearly
  • Extremely strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Power Editor, and AdWords
