You love being busy, and thrive in a fast-paced call centre environment where you get to support individuals with varying needs each and every day.
 

The role

As a Specialized Support Counsellor, you will offer single or multiple session counselling to individuals by phone, video or through chat counselling. Working with a diverse population across the U.K, you will be challenged with a broad range of clinical issues including parenting, relationships, workplace stress, emotional wellbeing, and individual crisis.

You will use your expertise, knowledge and skills to conduct a brief assessment and problem formulation, and subsequently identify a specific treatment outcome to focus on. Where clients require additional support you will suggest resources and referral options from our wide range of services. Working within a team of highly trained professionals, you play a key role in supporting individuals who are in need of immediate counselling support in a 24/7 environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and  a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience and be registered with a Counselling Association e.g. BACP.
