Description

This is a challenging and fast-paced opportunity for a data-driven and creative-minded marketer to join a world-leading employee well-being platform. This role is responsible for driving B2B lead generation and account-based marketing campaigns that are backed by insights and analytics. This opportunity is agile and entrepreneurial covering a range of marketing channels e-mail, social media, SEM and sales pitches.  

 Responsibilities:

  • Support both global and international efforts in meeting lead gen and revenue targets.
  • Deliver results-based reports and insights on marketing & sales activities, campaign effectiveness and business impact. -  - Provide recommendations to optimize conversion.
  • Continually optimize sales cadences, pitches, and collateral for optimal results.
  • Partner with sales to deliver targeted campaigns and strategic pitches.
  • Manage global paid search and display, including remarketing. 
  • Measure and report the impact of paid social media efforts. - - Provide recommendations based on analysis of results.
  • Become a LifeWorks star and be an expert at articulating our value proposition to anyone who asks.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with cross functional teams in marketing, product, sales, customer success and design is critical to the success of this role.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in b2b and digital marketing working closely with sales.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing techniques including PPC, SEO, marketing automation, lead nurture email campaigns, content marketing.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Expertise in building business cases to drive decisions and improve client experiences.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM platform).
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals.
  • Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; a track record of responding quickly to rapidly evolving challenges and opportunities.
